Nine Nine Oh Nine – 09.09.09

OK…so it is a numeroligist holiday of sorts today (I think…at least I am left to assume so), and I wanted to write a quick note. Last year, we had 08.08.08, a day that did not live up to its’ billing for some, and one that may have changed the path of other’s lives…perhaps forever…leaving some to wonder what might have been. Interesting to think how things can pivot so greatly on a single day.
So what is in store for today?
The Beatles Rock Band comes out today…it is a new video game…I am not sure what you actually do, but you are somehow part of the band…not sure how to make a game out of that…I am digressing. The Beatles also released a digitally remastered anthology of their 13 albums…a must have for any Beatles fan.
On May 4th, I posted a too often used, cliche of a joke about the date, May The Fourth Be With You.
I will be left to assume today, as with most other days, will be just another normal day.
Anyway…have a Happy Nine Nine Oh Nine…wait…Merry Nine Nine Oh Nine…wait…ummm…well just Have a GREAT day!
What a great article Chris! I agree…some dates can be pivotal and totally change the lives of individuals…some for the better and some for the worse. I guess you will never know if it’s for the better or the worse since the opportunities that have been passed are always something you can only just wonder about since you haven’t really experiened them. I guess what you don’t know won’t hurt too bad. I think I am going to buy that Beatles game! I love the Beatles…remember…all you need is love!
