Where are mortgage rates right now? 30 Year Fixed rates are yet again below 5.00%. Currently, mortgage rates are at 4.875%, and who knows how long this will last.
Our suggestion is if you find a home, LOCK IN a great rate as soon as you can. We believe, that as was the case last time, mortgage rates below 5.00% will not last very long.
