Not much news in the Mortgage World this week. Mortgage Rates were slightly changed creeping up ever so slightly on the 15 and 30 year fixed rates.
Homes in the lower price ranges are still moving extremely well, and the $8,000 First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit expires in 38 days. Act Fast.

15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage – 4.875% (5.21% APR)
30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage – 5.15% (5.43% APR)
1 Year Adjustable Rate Mortgage (1 Year ARM) – 4.375% (3.94% APR)
5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (5/1 ARM) – 4.50% (4.33%APR)
7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (7/1 ARM) – 4.875% (4.74% APR)
